is in properties.

Saving and investment
2001” leaves
clear that many
Spanish people invest
in properties because
they think is the
most profitable
investment (54 %),
the least risky
(42 %), and even
the most liquid
(17 %).
The
Real Estate it is
a guarantee of investment
for many reasons:

It is not subordinated
to volatile values
and easily fluctuating
like in the stock
exchange.
2.
There is a guarantee
of revaluation due
to the fact that
always houses are
sold and bought.
3.
Is a practical good,
it can be used by
the owner.
4.
At the same time
it can be rented
if is necessary,
without concerning
